The principal, Subhash
Lakhani is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years experience. His career
started with Baker Tilly (Previously Howard Tilly) and over the years has had
considerable experience with smaller owner managed businesses.
Our combination of traditional accountancy, auditing and
taxation expertise with business planning and support services provide a
platform from which to base this pro-active partnership.
Quality of work and client
care are built into our service . We take a personal interest in all our
clients, ensuring that work is correctly supervised and client requirements and
deadlines are met. Our approach has always been to deliver the services in a
friendly manner, on a practical but yet professional basis. We enjoy keeping up
to date on developments, not only within the accountancy profession but in all
aspects of commerce.
As your Accountants, we will

management generally, carry out investigations on potential take-over candidates
and provide guidance on the negotiations for the sale of part or all of the
