OUR TEAM

Our success in meeting the high standards of service and attention to detail that we set for ourselves, is in turn dependent on utilising people of high calibre. We take great care in the recruitment and training of our staff in order to meet these standards.

All the members of the firm benefit from a wide-ranging series of in-house and external training programmes. Training does not come to an end when a member of staff qualifies as an Accountant. We provide on-going training for staff so that they are informed about the latest technical developments in auditing, accountancy and taxation. Other skills in areas such as computing, management and business communication are also catered for.  

OUR FEES POLICY

Our fees are based on time spent dealing with a client's affairs. Use of up to date technology helps reduce costs and these savings are reflected in our fees.

Experience shows that clients like to know in advance what the cost will be. We give a quotation for all accountancy, audit and taxation services likely to be required in the course of a year. We will keep to that agreed fee unless there is a major change in size or nature of business. If revisions are necessary we inform the client and obtain prior agreement.

Future increase in fees are kept in line with, or below, inflation, and always mutually agreed.
